We offer a range of different training programs across CrossFit Coogee and CrossFit Maroubra.

CROSSFIT

In this program our goal is to improve all athletes towards ‘Rx’ which means all athletes will work towards mastering all the movements in CrossFit such as, Cleans, Snatches, Squats, Deadlifts, Presses, Pull-ups, Toes2Bar, Muscle-ups, Double Unders and so on. This program is for those wanting to improve across all aspects of their training, taking it to the next level. In this program we provide specific Olympic Lifting classes on our CrossFit timetable to be able to teach those classes in a far more structured and focused way. The CrossFit program is the same program at both Coogee and Maroubra so no matter where you train, you will experience the same program. 

STRENGTH & MUSCLE PROGRAM

Crafted by our coaches, our Strength and Muscle Program is a 12-week periodised program that is a mix between strength training and bodybuilding. It’s designed to build muscle and get you strong while being suitable for complete beginners to advanced lifters. It’s a separate membership to our CrossFit Program. HYROX

Our HYROX prep sessions are designed for all fitness levels, whether you're new to the race or just want a new challenge. And no, you don’t need to participate in a race in order to join the class! Our prep classes are designed to work on the key movements needed for the event, and to build strength and endurance at your own pace. You can check out the details here.

RUN CLUB PROGRAM

Whether you're chasing a personal best or stepping up to your first race, our running program is built to boost your pace, sharpen your technique, and power up your race-day performance. Our outdoor training program is high-energy and cardio-driven designed to prep you for events like the City2Surf, half marathons, and triathlons. Think running, boxing, swimming, sand sprints, and dynamic circuit workouts — all set in the great outdoors. Each training block evolves with the seasons and the events we’re targeting, so you’ll always be moving with purpose (and never bored).

OPEN GYM

At CrossFit Maroubra and at our downstairs Coogee facility, members will have the opportunity to use the Open Gym space to train at their own leisure during the times that the gym is open for classes. This allows our athletes space and time to work on extra aspects of their training and allows for any weaknesses to be worked on. The Open Gym is part our your CrossFit membership and only available at CrossFit Maroubra and at our lower level Coogee facility only.
